Terms of Service — Don't Work

The short version

Don't Work is invite-only. We can revoke access if you misuse the platform. Don't use agent output to make decisions you haven't reviewed. We own the platform; you own your data.

Access

Don't Work is currently invite-only. Requesting access does not guarantee access. We accept users at our discretion. We may revoke access at any time if these terms are violated or the platform is misused.

Using the platform

You agree to use Don't Work for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use it to generate spam, circumvent laws, or build systems that compete directly with Don't Work. You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them.

Agent outputs

AI agents produce outputs based on patterns in data — they are not infallible. Don't Work is not liable for business decisions made based on agent outputs. Review before you act.

Intellectual property

The Don't Work platform, software, and brand are owned by Don't Work. Your data remains yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you bring into the platform.

Limitation of liability

Don't Work is provided as-is during early access. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify active users of material changes. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
